Signal injection can trigger bonuses that the player did not earn. 4. The machine registers credits without any coin or bill insertion. Fake pulse injection or zapper attacks cause this. 5. A player spends extended time at a machine without actively playing. They may be waiting for a signal injection device to cycle. 6. The machine behaves erratically — resets during play, shows diagnostic screens. Trojan code access can cause these symptoms. 7. Wireless devices are found near the machine.
