We also implement automatic claw homing checks. Between every single play session, the gantry must return to the exact zero coordinate limit switches. If the gantry takes too long to home, the system flags a mechanical warning via SNMP health monitoring and automatically takes the machine offline on the mobile app, refunding the player instantly. This prevents the next player from paying for a broken machine.
