In high-cheating markets, a week is too long between log reviews. Check your device event logs every day. A new cheating campaign can start and cause significant damage within days. Daily reviews catch new attacks early.
Combine Multiple Protection Layers
In high-cheating markets, one layer of protection is not enough. Combine Gen2 signal blocking with V5 or K8 inline protection for machines with ticket dispensers. Add AI Trojan Terminator for machines that are frequently targeted. Multiple layers catch methods that slip through a single layer.
Build Relationships with Other Operators
Cheating methods spread quickly between markets. Build relationships with other operators in your region. Share information about new cheating methods, suspect devices, and known cheaters. An operator network is one of your most effective early warning systems.
Invest in Staff Training Continuously
In high-cheating markets, staff training is not a one-time event. New cheating methods emerge regularly. Train your staff quarterly on new indicators, new device types, and updated reporting procedures. Well-trained staff are your most adaptive defense layer.
